I absolutely love writing in coffee shops. My new favorite place to write is the Coffee Commissary on Fairfax.

Great people (& dog watching), reasonably sized tables inside or outside (in the sun or shade), delicious coffee and you can even pop next door to Fat Dog if you get hungry. Also, I am not a sweet tooth, but they have a chocolate chip cookie that is unbelievable. What’s more is there is always a ton of really attractive men there. It is usually busy on the weekends but I still always manage to get a table (I actually get the same one every time!)

One drawback, is that every person in the place is usually talking about their script or film project or today there was an acting class going in at the table next to me. However, I am usually working on my spec script or pilot so I really can’t talk.
