// Tasty Tuesdays – The Good Kind of Fat //

One thing I have noticed is that I eat more of in Australia (probably because I am not buying them) is avocados. Avocados are one of my favorite foods (although I am still not ready to try it in a chocolate smoothie). I grew up always sharing a half of an avocado with my dad with some balsamic and a spoon. What’s more is they tend to pair perfectly with my other favorite food, Smoked Salmon (yes, eggs benedict with smoked salmon and avocado is my favorite meal).

Thank God that my parents seem to always have a constant supply of both of these items in their fridge. Let’s just say, if you follow me on Instagram you will most likely see a lot of these two foods in my feed around Christmas time when I am back in Sydney. Counting down the days…
