So I am currently redecorating my bedroom. It is not going to be complete anytime in the near future but I started with selling my bed frame which needed to be disassembled and stored. Therefore, at the moment I am going with the Scandinavian trend and just sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I am planning to get another bed in the next few weeks, but for the time being I kind of love the look of my bed and it being so close to the floor. It is no secret that I am obsessed with anything that has a touch of Nordic influence to it.
Also, since I moved my desk into my spare bedroom/office earlier this year, I feel like my bedroom turned into a sanctuary where I can just relax and not think about the many things I have to do. I am all about minimal bedrooms now. Give me a bed, a side table and maybe a chest of drawers and I’m set.
For inspiration, I have obviously started looking at a ton of different bedrooms to pull ideas for my space. I am sure I have posted about bedroom decor before, but here are some of my favorite interiors so far:
